The following warranty return periods apply to all Phinem Graphix products:
1.1 Within 7 business days from date from the date of purchase:
Should you wish to return any item received from an online purchase, it is your responsibility to return it to Phinem Graphix store, with the original invoice and all the packaging and accessories. We will not be liable to collect the goods from you that have been delivered to you for any reason whatsoever. Phinem Graphix will not be held responsible for any costs that may be incurred by you as a result of returning the product. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, loss of revenue, or any travel expenses.
1.2 Consumer Protection Act Warranty Period:
Within the first 12 months from the date of purchase as indicated on the proof of purchase, if the goods are faulty you may return the goods to Phinem Graphix for either a repair or replacement of the same goods . On returning the goods to us please clearly indicate whether you would prefer a repair or replacement . Please note that Phinem Graphix will have to first return the goods to the relevant manufacturer prior, in order to confirm a manufacturing defect or hardware problem. Before authorizing a repair or replacement, this process is done to eliminate any damage caused by customers or damage caused through other warranty exclusions.
1.3 Problem not covered by the warranty
Please note that the warranty will not cover the damage caused by the customer, electricity, software and broken screen. The warranty will be void if the above mentioned is the cause of the damage or if the seal is broken.
1.4 Warranty Period:
The warranty period commences subsequent to the first 12 months from the purchase date but within the boundaries of the manufacturer’s warranty. However, under the circumstance that the goods are faulty after the first 12 months of the purchase date as indicated on your invoice, you will be able to return the goods to us for a repair.
